Are there condo hotels in the U.S. or is the condo hotel
concept exclusive to Dubai?
A.
No, the condo hotel concept is definitely not exclusive
to Dubai and in fact, did not originate there. The concept
has its origins in the U.S. and in particular, in Florida.
There are at least 30 condo hotels in Florida at this
time and another 50 to 100 available throughout the
U.S. Many more will be coming into development throughout
2006 and 2007 as the concept is being well-received
by hotel owners, developers and buyers alike.
