is complete. The best time to buy a condo hotel unit
is in early pre-construction phases. Why? Because that's
when prices are lowest and selection is greatest.
It
is not unusual to see five to 10 increases totaling
30%, 40% or more from the beginning of the selling process
through sellout. Those buyers who get in early see the
greatest appreciation in their investment.
